4. Payment & Refund Policy

• 50% advance payment is generally required before project commencement, with the balance due upon delivery.

• Because our services are customized and digital in nature, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

• Refunds, if any, will be considered only for uninitiated projects and at our sole discretion.

5. Project Timelines & Revisions

• Timelines depend on project scope, client responsiveness, and feedback.

• Standard packages include up to two rounds of revisions, unless otherwise agreed.

• Delays in client feedback or content submission may extend the completion date.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate project details, content, and branding materials.

• Ensuring that all text, images, and files shared with us are owned by you or have the appropriate permissions for use.

• Reviewing and approving project deliverables within the agreed timeline.

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of the final website files, graphics, and automation setup will be transferred to you.

• We retain the right to display non-confidential parts of completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, or social media unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Some services may involve third-party software (e.g., Systeme.io, WordPress, Google Workspace, Meta Ads, etc.).
We are not responsible for the functionality, downtime, or policy changes of these third-party tools.
Clients are required to maintain their own accounts and comply with the respective platform’s terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as sales or conversions.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Website downtime or technical errors caused by hosting or third-party integrations

Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the project in question.

10. Confidentiality

All client data, credentials, and business details are kept strictly confidential.
We will never sell, share, or misuse your information for purposes outside project execution.

• Payment is not made on time
